Applicants without prior reservation cannot be admitted - except in case of emergency.

After having made an appointment through our electronic reservation system, you will receive an automated booking confirmation via e-mail. When filing your visa application at the Embassy on the day of your appointment, please bring with you a print out of the confirmation e-mail, together with the required documents. Please make sure you have the complete set of documents.
